Revenues to DAO & Protocol
100% of the fees generated by the protocol are redistributed to the community and users :
  • To the FRAKT DAO Treasury which is funded by Frakts & Gnomies Royalties, Fractionalisation fees, a share of the Borrowing fees, a share of the Pools fees and the Guard fees. The DAO can then decide how to allocate its funds (invest, distribute profits to Frakts & Gnomies holders, …). Treasury allocations are voted on-chain using FRKT as voting power
  • Via daily buybacks and burns of FRKX using 10–20% of the fees generated by the Pools
