Mortgages
Mortgages enable users to buy NFTs by providing an initial upfront payment. The purchased NFT is then automatically converted as collateral (and therefore frozen in the wallet) until the loan is paid on frakt.xyz. Default terms for Mortgages are longest possible duration (7d at least) and highest possible LTV
